Recently Institute of Banking Personnel Selection-IBPS Common Written Examination for RRBs Group A Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentative September/ October 2013. Below we are providing online exam structure of IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I, II, III and Office Assistant.

Candidates must read all instructions and particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post Applied, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID,
Centre of Examination etc. will be considered as final and no change/ modifications will be
allowed after submission of the online application form.

Online Examination Structure
Group I for A& B category states
Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Duration: 2hours 30 minutes
1. Reasoning: 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
2. Numerical Ability : 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
3. General Awareness: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
4. a) English Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
b) Hindi Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
5. Computer Knowledge: 40 Questions, Max marks: 20
Total Questions: 200, Total Marks: 200

Officer Scale-I
1. Reasoning: 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
2. Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
3. General Awareness: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
4. a) English Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
b) Hindi Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
5. Computer Knowledge: 40 Questions, Max marks: 20
Total Questions: 200, Total Marks: 200

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
1. Reasoning: 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
2. Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation: 40 Questions, Max marks: 50
3. Financial Awareness: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
4. a) English Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40
b) Hindi Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40

Officer Scale-II (Specialist Cadre)
1. Reasoning: 40 Questions, Max marks: 40

4. a) English Language: 40 Questions, Max marks: 20

Officer Scale-III

Penalty of Wrong Answers: there is penalty for wrong answers marked in objective tests. For each question wrong answer 0.25 of marks will be deducted from corrected score, if question is left blank, no answer is marked no penalty

Cutoff Score: Candidates should score minimum score in each of the test and also on TWSS (Total Weighted Standard Score). The Cutoff points in each of test will be based on average ¼ standard deviation for General category, ¾ average for reserved category candidates.

How to Download Call Letter for Online Examination: Candidates who have applied Officer Scale-I, II,III after 10th September 2013, and applied for Office Assistant applied posts can obtain after 17th September 2013. Written examination will be held for Officers Scale-I, II, II on 21-09-2013/22-09-2013. written examination will be conducted for Office Assistant tentatively fixed on 28-09-2013/ 29-09-2013/ 05-10-2013/06-10-2013

Reminder to Candidates before entering Emanation Hall
Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the Common Written Examination without the following documents:
(1) Call Letter
(2) Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original
(3) Photocopy of photo-identity proof as mentioned in (2) above
Candidates reporting late i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Online Examination will not be permitted to take the examination.
